Successful SDMX Training Workshop completed

During the first week of October, the OECD, and the Federal Competiveness and Statistics Authority (FCSA) of the UAE (the newest member of the SIS-CC), completed a successful SDMX and .Stat training workshop.

The Training included:

  • An awareness of the Community (SIS-CC) and .Stat Suite,
  • An understanding of the main SDMX concepts,
  • Data modelling training using community tools,
  • The successful design of a number of Data Structure Definitions (DSDs) and Dataflows.

FCSA are thankful of the efforts of the OECD trainers. 

“The training has been a great accomplishment.  David and Anastasia were professional, knowledgeable, and flexible during the five days of training.  We successfully deployed Births, Deaths, and Health statistics datasets to our UAE.Stat environment.  We look forward to more future collaboration opportunities with OECD,”
