ATF Sprints

The Architecture Task Force gathers at least once a year during 1 week to discuss, prepare, and define the functional and technical delivery plan for the Community. The outcomes from the sprint are presented to the Management Level Group for validation and to assess the resource requirements for the next cycle.

The ATF Sprint is hosted on a rotating basis with the 2020 instance taking place in Rome, Italy, at The Italian National Institute of Statistics (Istat) in early March.

To ensure the work of the Community is aligned to the strategic directions in terms of product development and technical solutions, the ATF meets virtually on a regular basis in a continuous and adaptive delivery cycle, validating features, providing constant feedback, and exposing priorities and dependencies.
